What is a Complete Tube Fabricator?
Most tube fabricators specialize in either mechanical or in structural tubing. We work with both mechanical and structural tubing a wide range of shapes and in sizes that vary from .5"OD to 6.0"OD round, and up to 4"square. Our capabilities include cutting, end finishing, machinining, punching, and drilling, as well as some advanced capabilities like robotic welding, CNC 5 axis laser cutting.

- Chamfering
- Machine finishing of inside and outside diameter as well as squaring tube ends
- Deburring
- Automatic wire brush deburring up to 10' long and 3.5" outside diameter
- Swaging
- Reduction of tube diameter -- size dependent upon tooling availability.
