CNC Machining Center Operator

Start Date: Immediately

Measure dimensions of finished work pieces to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments, templates, and fixtures.
Remove and replace dull cutting tools.
Mount, install, align, and secure tools, attachments, fixtures, and work pieces on machines, using hand tools and precision measuring instruments.
Listen to machines during operation in order to detect sounds such as those made by dull cutting tools or excessive vibration and adjust machines to compensate for problems.
Adjust machine feed and speed, change cutting tools, or adjust machine controls when automatic programming is faulty or if machines malfunction.
Stop machines to remove finished work pieces, or to change tooling, setup, or work piece placement, according to required machining sequences.
Lift work pieces to machines manually, or with hoists or cranes.
Modify cutting programs to account for problems encountered during operation and save modified programs.
Calculate machine speed and feed ratios, and the size and position of cuts.
Insert control instructions into machine control units to start operation.

Pay dependent upon skill and experience.

1st shift hours are 6am - 2:30pm, M-F

2nd shift hours are 2:30-pm - 1am M-Th.

CNC Tube Bender Operator

Start Date: Immediately

Operate CNC tube bender, fabricate metal tubes.
Measure completed work pieces to verify conformance to specifications, using micrometers, gauges, calipers, templates, or rulers.
Examine completed work pieces for defects such as chipped edges and marred surfaces, and sort defective pieces according to types of flaws.
Read work orders and production schedules to determine specifications, such as materials to be used, locations of cutting lines, and dimensions and tolerances.
Load work pieces, plastic material, or chemical solutions into machines.
Set up, operate, or tend machines to saw, cut, shear, slit, punch, crimp, notch, bend, or straighten metal or plastic material.
Start machines, monitor their operations, and record operational data.
Test and adjust machine speeds and actions, according to product specifications, and using gauges and hand tools.
Install, align, and lock specified punches, dies, cutting blades, or other fixtures in rams or beds of machines, using gauges, templates, feelers, shims, and hand tools.
Clean and lubricate machines.

2nd shift hours are 2:30-pm - 1am M-Th.

Vertical and Horizontal Band Saw Operator

Measure dimensions of finished work pieces to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments, templates, and fixtures.

Listen to machines during operation in order to detect sounds such as those made by dull cutting tools or excessive vibration and adjust machines to compensate for problems.

Quality Engineer

Start Date: Immediately
Application Close Date: Until position is filled

Applicants must be competent with GD&T, blueprints, calipers, micrometers, height stands, numerical scales, CMM (FAROArm), MSA, and calibration.

Applicants must also possess proficient math skills , computer skills, and must be able to determine product conformity while performing first piece and in process inspections.

Knowledge of problem solving tools and lean manufacturing techniques are a big plus!

This position requires an applicant who is fast paced, and has the ability to multi-task efficiently.

Starting wage will be $18-$22 per hour dependent upon skill and experience, plus benefits.

Shipping/Receiving Attendant

Start Date: Immediately

Valid forklift license, consistent work record and experience are a must.
Examine contents and compare with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy of incoming or outgoing shipment.
Determine shipping method for materials, using knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates.
Record shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, and damages and discrepancies, for reporting, accounting, and record keeping purposes.
Requisition and store shipping materials and supplies to maintain inventory of stock.
Deliver or route materials to departments, using work devices, such as hand truck, conveyor, or sorting bins.
Pack, seal, label, and affix postage to prepare materials for shipping, using work devices such as hand tools, power tools, and postage meter.
